At the Brewer's Room, we provide a welcoming environment for visitors.
Our comfortable king size en-suite room provides a relaxing place to rest after a long day of exploring.
Located midway along the Three Distilleries path, guests can enjoy easy access to all Three distilleries.

Table, chairs and fridge for your use, all plates and cutlery supplied so you can enjoy a takeaway in the comfort of your room in the evening if you so wish
Prime Location
Nestled in an excellent location, Brewer's Room is close to Lagavulin (just a two minute walk), Ardbeg, and Laphroaig distilleries, and just a short drive from Port Ellen, with restaurants, take-aways pub, and shops.

General Information
The Brewer's room is non-smoking
No pets
Located on a bus route, (please note there are no buses in the evenings or on Sundays)
Local taxis are available (booking highly recommended) -a list of taxi and tour hire cars will be available in the room
Car hire is also available on the island (booking in advance recommended)
On arrival there will be complimentary bottled water and milk in the fridge
Breakfast items (cereal/rolls etc) can be purchased in Port Ellen (there are no cooking facilities)
You are welcome to bring take-away food or have takeaways delivered to your room
If you are fortunate enough you may get to see the Northern Lights (picture taken by hosts from the garden)
Please note we have a Cat (nala) she can be very nervous with strangers so you may not see her but of course she does go in the garden so just be aware if you have allergies that she may be around
The brewers room is located within our home and we politely request that you respect our privacy during your stay, and understand that the rest of the house is private and not available to guests. we are of course available if you have any problems or general enquiries
Travel to the island
By plane (Loganair) two flights per day
Or ferry (CalMac) Booking in advance is highly recommended especially if bringing a vehicle
Room only (no breakfast) from £100 per night
Check in is from 3pm, check out by 10am
Payment in full is required to secure reservation
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund, less a £10 administration fee.
Reservations cancelled less than 14 days before arrival (including ferry or plane disruptions/cancellations) 100% of booking will be retained unless we are able to re-let the room.
We recommend travel insurance is obtained as travel to Islay is occasionally subject to delays and cancellations for many reasons including weather
